What I can do for you and your team!

• Team Building is one of my favorite activities. Spending time bringing everyone together using practical knowledge and fun is a great way to spend a couple hours. Team building activities are a great way to start your day and I would love to share some of my ideas with you!
• I am a Certified D.I.S.C. Personality Consultant. I offer a couple different levels of service depending on your needs.
  • One on one assessments/meetings. I sit with each individual member of your team to review the results and help develop a plan of action to grow on an individual basis.
  • Presenting and working with the team together to review the results, help everyone understand their personality and work as a team to help everyone understand each other.
  • Mixing the two review processes has shown the best results with increased morale, better communication, and more importantly, increased profitability.
• I have several different classes I teach ranging from one hour (that can be presented for a morning sales meeting or during a company lunch) to 20 weeks of continuous training and development classes designed to increase personal development, positive attitudes, trust, team building, and strong return on investment.
